By registering as a buyer or seller on Cedomart, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Anyone can become a seller on Cedomart, provided they comply with our policies.
  • Buyers must provide accurate contact and payment information before placing an order.

3. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must ensure that all products listed are accurate, lawful, and in stock.
  • Sellers are responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.
  • A 10% commission is applied on every successful sale.
  • Seller payouts are processed every 14 days, via the seller’s chosen method (PayPal, wire transfer, MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Western Union, etc.).
  • Sellers are responsible for all return costs, refunds, and disputes related to their products.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

  • Buyers must provide accurate shipping information.
  • Buyers must comply with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Misuse of the platform (e.g., fraudulent activity, abuse of sellers) will result in account suspension.

5. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Cedomart’s supported payment methods (PayPal, cards, mobile money, etc.).
  • Cedomart does not store sensitive payment details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.
  • Shipping times and fees may vary depending on seller location and buyer’s country.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Sellers are responsible for handling disputes with buyers.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Sell counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items.
  • Engage in fraud, spam, or abusive behavior.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cedomart is a marketplace platform and not the direct seller. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, except where escalation is required for mediation.

10. Modifications

Cedomart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States (Maryland, USA).
