2. Order Tracking

  • You’ll also receive email updates with your tracking details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary by product and seller location.
  • Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You can request a return or refund through your account dashboard.

For Sellers 🏬

1. Becoming a Seller

  • Register through the Become a Seller page.
  • After approval, you’ll receive access to your Seller Dashboard to list products.

2. Seller Fees & Commission

  • Marketplace commission: 10% per sale.
  • Payouts are processed monthly via Wise, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Mobile Money, or your preferred method.

3. Listing Products

  • Sellers must add products in the correct categories and follow [Seller Policies & Guidelines].
  • High-quality images and accurate descriptions are required.

4. Support for Sellers

  • Contact our seller support team directly via the dashboard.
