Customers

1. How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order using our Order Tracking page with your Order ID and email.

2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods available in your country.

3. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the product and supplier location. Usually 7–15 business days for international shipping and 2–7 business days for local suppliers.

4. Can I return a product?
Yes. Please check our Returns & Refunds Policy page for conditions. Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

🛒 Sellers

1. Who can become a seller on Cedomart?
Anyone can join Cedomart as a seller, including individuals and businesses worldwide.

2. What is the commission fee?
Cedomart charges a 10% commission on every successful sale.

3. How and when do sellers get paid?
Sellers receive payouts every 14 days via their preferred method: PayPal, bank transfer, Wise, Mobile Money, Western Union, etc. Payments are only released after orders are confirmed delivered.

4. How do I upload my products?
You can upload products manually via the Seller Dashboard or integrate your Shopify store to sync products automatically into the right collections.

5. Who handles returns and disputes?
Sellers are responsible for handling returns, refunds, and dispute-related costs.

1. Is Cedomart safe and secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely, and sellers are verified to maintain trust.

2. Do I need a company or bank account to sell?
No. You can sell even without an offshore company or local business registration. Payouts are made using the method you select.
