To ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience for both sellers and customers, all sellers must follow the policies and guidelines outlined below. By registering as a seller on www.cedomart.com or via the seller portal https://seller.cedomart.com/, you agree to abide by these rules.


1. General Seller Requirements

  • Any individual or business can become a seller on Cedomart.
  • Sellers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Sellers are responsible for keeping their product listings, inventory, and pricing up to date.
  • Misleading, false, or prohibited product listings are strictly forbidden.

2. Commissions & Fees

  • Cedomart charges a 10% commission on every successful sale.
  • Commission is automatically deducted before payouts are released to the seller.
  • Additional fees may apply for advertising, promotions, or optional seller services.

3. Payments & Payouts

  • Payouts to sellers are processed every 14 days.
  • Sellers can choose their preferred payout method: PayPal, Wire Transfer, Mobile Money (MTN, Orange), Wise, Western Union, etc.
  • Orders must be successfully fulfilled and delivered before payouts are released.
  • Refunds, returns, or disputes will be deducted from the seller’s balance.

4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Sellers must ensure products are shipped and delivered within the stated timelines.
  • Valid tracking information must be provided where applicable.
  • Poor delivery performance (delays, undelivered items, fake tracking) may result in penalties or suspension.

5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

  • Sellers are responsible for handling return and refund requests in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Any cost related to returns or disputes is the seller’s responsibility.
  • Frequent disputes or high refund rates may lead to account suspension.

6. Product Guidelines

Sellers are not allowed to list:

  • Counterfeit, illegal, or copyrighted products.
  • Dangerous or unsafe items (explosives, weapons, drugs, etc.).
  • Products violating local or international trade laws.

All products must be accurately described with proper images, specifications, and pricing.

7. Customer Service

  • Sellers must respond to customer inquiries within 24–48 hours.
  • A professional and respectful tone is required at all times.
  • Sellers must honor warranties, guarantees, or service commitments provided in their listings.

8. Compliance & Penalties

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of listings.
  • Withholding of payouts.
  • Permanent account termination for repeated violations.
